Nice people

Very near to Masjid ul Nabvi and surrounding with beautiful mosques and restaurants, good place to stay , highly recommended.

cleanness was not there no water no tea cpffee in room you have to buy everything from the shop they just give you bed and room

To start with I booked a different hotel, but was reassigned this hotel. The hotel is far more pricey for the value and the facilities at the hotel look old. The only English speaking person in the hotel, a Porter was very exceptional. When I told him my water heater is not working, he made sure the whole heater was replaced. This was very commendable.

Everything was good nothing to dislike

despite having the reservation amount in advance, I astonished one get to the hotel and find out that my reservation was canceled, and to avail another reservation in another hotel I was blackmailed to pay full price, after this I've been waited for more than one hour in the new hotel until they accepted to give me the replacement room.

Only location is good,

very small room, no housekeeping,poor rooms layout. Which hotel gives room just beside janitor room.Housekeeping staff very rude. Wifi is even not working.

No pet for charger, bathroom is very old

This Hotel is Very Near to Roza .you can park your vehicle under masjid parking @ Unit-3 under or upper parking and you will come out directly to Roza for Ziarah .After you can move to hotel which will take only 5 to 10 minutes without any worry and it will save your time too .

Booking confirmation not updated immediately with hotel representatives which may be error from the Booking.com or from The Hotel software.as booked instantly after reaching to the hotel and wait for around 20 minutes to response better book early before visit this hotel .

There is no doubt the property is at a great location just 2mins walk to Masjid. Thank you to one of their staff Yemin he was really kind and nice. Also the manager of the hotel is nice not sure what his name was.

One was their staff who sits near the reception not sure how he still has his job is extremely rude. His name is Monir when we came first I called him twice to help us with our luggage’s he ignored me and was attending a personal video call. Later during check in when I was talking to the person who was assisting with check in and because that person was not fluent in English it was taking some time to understand and out of no where Monir interrupted and said “why don’t you understand what he is saying”We booked two rooms one of the room had really bad cigarette smell which stayed for nearly two days. The price the hotel is charging is pretty decent however according to this price a better service is expected.

Small Shop was there last time but I didnt find this time. That was a great convenience.

The location to haram within mins

The staff is not really helpful. Asked missing items like towel can tell tomorrow as housekeeping work in morning. When I insist, then they sent over. When check in insisted payment now and i asked for atm, direct me to nowhr. If the hotel wants payment so badly, i book via booking. com. There credit card confirmation. The receiption asked my family where I am from. Because I am Asian?

Alhamdulillah, staff was good and helpful, I couldn't arrive to the hotel in time because Heathrow airport delayed all the airplanes departing time because a fire happened nearby, the hotel understood and didn't charge me the night I booked but didn't use, thanks for hotel and Alhamdulillah

Close to Prophet (Saw) Mosque

The handwash gel, shampoo gel was empty. No exhust fan in the bathroom. You can’t manually regulate the temp of AC. The fridge wasn’t on when we checked in.
